Evidence boundary
The referenced guides describe Loot Merge in the 2026 remaster, not a guaranteed feature in every old build.
Destructoid places Enable Loot Merge in Settings → Gameplay. It is distinct from a separate quick-looting control.
This is a checklist based on published reports, not a save editor, mod installer or confirmed bug diagnosis.
